Active flow

This class has a moderate flow from floor to standing poses.  Students are encouraged to move at their own pace using breath and body awareness. We build muscle and bone while gaining stability and peace of mind with self in this class. Join me!

Gentle Chair Based Yoga

A great way to unwind! We will move through poses focusing on head , neck , and shoulders, then add in twists, forward  folds, back bends, and leg work. Half of the class is done standing for balance poses and more. This class is good for beginners or anyone  wanting a gentle practice. The chair is used for support  throughout the class. We end with guided relaxation.
